Task Consolidated is a small software studio in South Florida. We take on a handful of projects at a time so the people who scoped your work can also build it. We don't scale by hiring up — we scale by saying no.

We’ve been building things since 2008 — applications, marketing sites, internal tools, the dull bits of infrastructure that hold everything together. Some of our clients have been with us the whole time. Some of the systems we built early are still running on the same servers, quietly doing their job.
Most agencies grow by adding seats and pushing junior staff at the work. We grew by getting better at saying “you don’t need that.” The result is a smaller studio with more taste, fewer meetings, and the same person on the phone twelve months in as on day one.
